By using Cepho (app, extension, daemon, cepho.cloud) you agree to these terms.
Cepho syncs your IDE workspace to the cloud and provides mobile AI chat, allowing you to continue coding from your phone. Availability is best-effort. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must provide an accurate email address. One account per person — duplicate registrations are not permitted. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free, Pro, and Founder plans are described on cepho.cloud/waitlist.
During the beta period, beta users receive a limited number of free AI messages. The beta is provided as-is without guarantees of availability or feature completeness. Beta access may be modified or ended at any time.
Beta users who share their experience on Reddit with #cepho and register at cepho.cloud/share may be eligible for 1 month of free Pro at launch. One reward per email address. We verify posts manually before granting rewards. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet our guidelines.
Cepho disclaims liability for your code. You are solely responsible for source code, secrets, dependencies, and deployments. Do not commit API keys, credentials, or illegal content to your Cepho workspace. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No reverse engineering of other users' data. No spam or automated abuse of the waitlist or share campaign. No attempts to breach Firebase, Stripe, or Cepho security.
Cepho AI suggestions may be incorrect. Verify all generated or modified code before use in production. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated output.
Cancel paid plans anytime — access continues until the period ends. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@cepho.cloud. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Cepho is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
Danish law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
